Beautiful and decorative 100% functional wind-up pendulum wall clock with wooden ornaments and carvings.
More than 100 years old.
The clockwork is from the German manufacturer Junghans and has the company logo used from 1890 and forward.
It is in an extremely good condition and fully functional with chimes every full and half hour.
The wood cabinet is laquered and very well maintained compared to how old it is. Top ornament with a resin or plaster decoration of an angel.
On the back is a pencil inscription "N19L 15/1-1906 II" and two stamps saying "J. BECK 15 JAN. 1906 VEJLE".
J. Beck is a name, then the date 15th of January 1906 and last the city name of Vejle, Denmark. This is probably from the shop that sold it.
Wood condition: Minor cracks which does not affect the functions or the overall expression. Very small holes from bugs can be seen on some of the raw wood surfaces, but it is from old times. Today,the wood is completely dry and bug free.

Presumeably from the mid or last half of 1900s. The cabinet could be older with a new movement installed later.
The clockwork is from an Englishmanufacturer with the original winding instructions still included.
It is in an extremely good condition and fully functional with chimes every full and half hour.
The wood cabinet is laquered and very well maintained. The glass is decorated with two golden peacocks.
Wood condition: Overall in a really good condition with only minor, insignificant chips and scratches which doesnot affect the functions or the overall expression.
