We do our best to provide all listings at ANTIK.ZONE with clear pictures and a detailed description.
The item you receive is exactly what you see in the shop and we quality check everything before we ship it.

Regretted Purchase

We accept returns if you regret your purchase, no matter for what reason, within 14 days by notification.
The full price of the item will be refunded, EXCLUDING the shipping costs.
In case of return it is the buyers responsibility, that the returned item is safely received by ANTIK.ZONE e.g. pack the item well and ship by registered or insured mail with a tracking number.
Buyer pays return shipping costs. Do not ship anything before we have accepted your return request.

Right of Complaint

Should you, unexpectedly, receive an item, which you believe is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to solve the problem.

Delivery & Shipping

ANTIK.ZONE is based in Thailand, but delivers to most of the world with reservation to cancel orders to conflict zones, locations with extra transport fees or countries with unsteady postal service.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, since we also pay Thailand Post according to weight and size. All items are shipped as registered/insured mail with a tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries outside Thailand, we will declare the value of the shipped item and enclose an invoice in the package. Local import taxes, VAT and customs fees are paid by the receiver and differs for each country.
